These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of stewartcountysports.com (the “Site”). The Site is created, hosted, and managed by VP Tech on behalf of the Stewart County Athletic Association (“AASC”) for its youth soccer and Jr. Pro programs. AASC may expand the Site to include additional programs in the future.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides information, schedules, game results, a live scoreboard, registration-related information, and other resources for AASC’s soccer and Jr. Pro programs (and potentially other programs in the future). Content is provided for informational and operational purposes only.

2. User Accounts

Certain areas of the Site may require a user account (for example, for coaches, referees, or administrators). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security features
• Post or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including text, schedules, scoreboard displays, graphics, logos, and design) is owned by AASC, VP Tech, or their respective licensors, unless otherwise noted. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use related to program participation. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (including Facebook, GroupMe, payment processors, and background-check providers). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third parties.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AASC and VP Tech do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Schedules, scores, and other information may change and are not guaranteed to be complete or up to date at all times. Participation in any athletic program involves inherent risks. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, legal, or safety advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AASC, VP Tech, and their respective officers, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or participation in any programs, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AASC, VP Tech, and their respective representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to the Site and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms. The “Last Updated” date will be revised when changes are made. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Stewart County or Montgomery County, Tennessee.
